Every month I’d love to give you a glimpse into the future!
As many of you know I work full-time and that work for PDS only happens in my free time. As such, when it comes to working on different projects I tend to chase what’s most captivating to me in the moment. This helps me stay motivated and engaged with my work, and it goes a long way to help prevent burnout!
Here are some near future glimpes for you that are intentionally cryptic:
A passion project in the form of a tall, two-legged walking mech proxy
Two rings to rule them all, and a bunch of missiles to accompany them!
A nostalgia-filled hover ride
Potentially a whacky, Seussian-style Roger Roger adventure vehicle

WEBSITE AND STOREFRONT NEWS
Let’s talk about some goals and ideas for the website, as well as the storefront!
THE WEBSITE
I’m eager to create some more blog posts and articles, time permitting!
Topics may include resin printing tips, painting tutorials, and modelling methodology. I would love to hear what interests you most!
Shift towards website-focused product pages
Each product will have a product page with tags/categories that can be searched from anywhere on the site!
Creating these takes time, but I’ve got the process deciphered.
Each page will let you check out via Gumroad without leaving the website!
GUMROAD
I’m keeping an eye on their “Roadmap” moving forward.
The cart functionality should be coming back Fall 2022.
If another, better solution presents itself I will strongly consider migrating, but I am hopeful they will get better with time and not worse.

Here’s a WIP painting shot of some of the new Dragoon files from a week or so ago! Very tedious to paint because I’m going with the blue and grey designs! Worth it though!
COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT

PDS MERCHANDISE
Exciting news! Over the last couple of months I've been working hard to get a brand new store up and running featuring high-quality t-shirts of my own designs!

Right now I have 10 unique t-shirt designs in my "Blueprint Series" that come in 7 different colors and feature many of my favorite designs I've made over the last year and a half!
I also have a smaller line of PDS logo merch! All profits from sales of these branded items will be donated to my local Children's Hospital through Extralife! (Learn more about that below!)
CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL CHARITY DONATION NEWS
Every year I participate in an event-focused fundraiser called ExtraLife playing video games for 24 hours straight while raising funds for my local Children’s Hospital, Children’s Wisconsin!

FEATURED MODEL THROWBACK
Every month I’d love to feature an older model of mine and give you a little more information on its creation!
The Getaway
Seen in the Kanan comics, this ship was very difficult to design because every time it was drawn in the comics it had different details!
This is a common occurence in comics, but it does make things tricky! A solo-stunt fighter of sorts, this ship belonged to Kanan and is a wonderful hybrid of other more well-known vehicle designs.
This is one of my favorite vehicles I have made and painted. It’s a great terrain piece and is unique without looking out of place.

MISCELLANEOUS NEWS
The Studio space has seen some recent updates and changes to make it more efficient when I’m down there! So, that’s fun!
Hoping to upgrade my computer if possible in the near future to speed up my modelling process as well! Also a fun adventure!
